About Stelcon Tile Floors
EMP 40 is proprietary installation system comprising of a resin based bedding material and application method for the purpose of installing Stelcon Tiles. This is a unique system that offers performance benefits over tradition concrete based installation.
We manufacture the bedding material and install the system (EMP 40 Bedding Material and Stelcon Tile). We can also supply the Stelcon Tiles.

Reduced carbon foot print: Our material not only has a lower carbon foot print than concrete production but we use 60% less material by volume, 70% by mass.
Installed at 40mm means there is less people, traffic, and materials on site.
Fast Track: initial set in 12 hours from laying. Full strength cure in 72 hours.
Our EPM 40 material naturally has far greater Chemical Resistance than traditional concrete.
We can tailor chemical resistance specifically to customer requirements.
